This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
Information you give us — when you fill in the enquiry or quote form: name, company name, email address, country, the product you are interested in, and your message.
Information from correspondence — emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls exchanged with our merchandisers, including artwork files, specifications and shipping addresses.
Technical information — our pages are served through Tencent EdgeOne. Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use this to build individual profiles.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking first.
Most of what we do is necessary either to answer a request you have made or to perform a contract you asked for. Where we rely on legitimate business interest — for example keeping a record of a quotation — we keep the data to the minimum needed.
Form delivery — enquiry forms are delivered to us by FormSubmit, which forwards the contents straight to our inbox.
Production and logistics — to manufacture and ship an order we may need to share packing lists, delivery addresses and contact names with partner workshops and freight forwarders. They receive only what that order requires.
Authorities — where a court or regulator lawfully requires disclosure.
We export worldwide, so data you send us is processed in China and may be visible to logistics partners in other countries. By contacting us you understand this. The same care described here applies wherever the data is handled.
Enquiries and quotations are normally kept for 24 months. Order records — invoices and shipping documents among them — are kept longer where tax or customs rules require it. You can ask us to delete anything we are not obliged to keep.
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or supply a copy in a portable format. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest.

This site currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner. If we later add a measurement tool we will ask for consent where the law requires it, and this page will be updated.
Access to enquiry data is limited to the staff handling your request. Every page is served over TLS, software is kept updated, and access is reviewed periodically.
No internet service is perfectly secure. Please do not send card numbers by ordinary email — we always issue payment details on a signed pro-forma invoice.
Our products and this website are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
