How we quote, produce and deliver made-to-order printing. Please read this alongside any pro-forma invoice we issue.

These terms govern your use of liandongpack.com and any quotation, order or correspondence between you and Jiaxing Liandong Packaging Materials Co., Ltd.. Read them alongside the pro-forma invoice or purchase order for your job — where the two conflict, the signed document wins.
Printing is carried out at partner workshops we audit and manage. We coordinate production, inspect every order, and remain your single point of contact.
Quotations are given against a stated specification and are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.
Prices generally exclude freight, insurance, duties and local taxes. We always tell you which Incoterm applies.
Because almost everything we make is custom, price depends on artwork, substrate, finishing and quantity. A change to any of these may change the price, and we always confirm before producing.
A minimum quantity applies to most products and is quoted per item. An order becomes binding when we issue a written confirmation or pro-forma invoice and you approve it.
You supply artwork at print-ready resolution, or we can prepare it for you. You confirm that you own the rights to any logo, image or text you send us and that printing it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Your artwork remains yours. We use it only to produce your order, and we show finished work publicly only with your permission.
We send a digital proof — and where useful a physical sample — before production. Please check it carefully; once approved, that proof is the reference.
Printing is a mechanical process. Small variations in colour, trim or registration are normal and are not defects. Where exact colour matters, ask us about a Pantone match or a printed sample.
Quoted lead times are estimates that start from artwork approval and receipt of deposit. Delivery dates given by carriers are estimates too.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — customs holds, extreme weather or transport strikes, for example. We will tell you promptly and work to limit the effect.
Standard terms are a deposit before production and the balance before shipment, as stated on your pro-forma invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer, or by another method agreed in writing.
Please inspect goods on arrival. Because every order is made to your specification, returns are accepted where there is a genuine production fault. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs, and we will reprint or credit the affected items as appropriate.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost production time, or third-party claims arising from artwork you supplied.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
These terms follow the laws of the People's Republic of China. We prefer to settle any disagreement by discussing it; if that fails, disputes go to the courts of Jiaxing, Zhejiang.
Use the site lawfully: do not attempt to breach its security, scrape it excessively, or present its content as your own.
